Safeguarding Against Radicalisation- The Prevent Duty Training
Extremism. Radicalisation. Terrorism. How much do you know about how and why they occur, what their effects are and what your responsibilities are?
The three-module Prevent training course covers the meaning of extremism and its links to terrorism. It covers in detail all the key legislation around terrorism prevention; in particular The Prevent Duty, the Counter-Terrorism and Security Act 2015 duty on specified authorities to pay due regard to the need to prevent people from being drawn into terrorism.
This five module course provides information on manual handling operations, the risks and the responsibilities of all staff. You’ll explore the risks of manual handling, learn about injuries that can result from poor lifting and come away with a sound knowledge of the topic.
The course includes practical advice and provides organisations a level of compliance to meet many of their health and safety training obligations.
In this course, you will cover all the major topics for adult first aid, and child and infant first aid. We also look at life saving first aid techniques, like the primary survey for assessing casualties, and look at the role of a first aider.
Nine modules in size, this course also covers topics including how to deal with epilepsy and seizures, asthma and allergies and bleeding and burns.
You will automatically get a course certificate on course completion, with your name, the CPD hours, the date and learning objectives.
